On August 3, 2020, Iotron Industries was acquired by Sotera Health Company. With this announcement, we are excited to have Iotron become a part of Sotera Health’s sterilization business, Sterigenics, a leading global sterilization provider for the healthcare industry. Iotron’s capabilities and expertise directly complement Sterigenics’ business and enhances our comprehensive global offering of sterilization solutions by expanding Sterigenics’ E-Beam footprint for sterilization and materials modification. Sterilization Technologies

We offer our customers a complete range of outsourced terminal sterilization services, primarily using the three major sterilization technologies: gamma irradiation, ethylene oxide (“EO”) processing and electron beam (“E-beam”) irradiation and other technologies including X-Ray and nitrogen dioxide. The addition of Iotron Industries expands Sterigenics’ E-beam footprint and adds new expertise to our business.

Integrated Facility Network

Our global integrated network includes 48 facilities in 13 countries to ensure we provide the flexibility and redundancy needed. Our facility network now includes the Iotron locations in Port Coquitlam (British Columbia) located less than 30 minutes from the Vancouver port and in Columbia City, Indiana, just outside Fort Wayne, Indiana.
