Thomas is a Senior Scientist within the R&D Sterilization Technologies team at Sterigenics, where he applies his expertise in material chemistry and experimental design to support the development of safer, more effective and sustainable sterilization solutions. With a strong background in polymer and material chemistry, Thomas evaluates the compatibility between materials and sterilization methods. His work ensures that products maintain their integrity and performance throughout and after the sterilization process, helping clients make informed decisions about material selection and product design.
