Ashley “Ash” Hobson is a Technical Advisor at Sterigenics with over a decade of experience across multiple scientific sectors. With his combined experience in sterilization and laboratory sciences, he enjoys the challenges and problem-solving each new project brings to the table. From laboratory analysis to method design and directly developing protocols, Ash is known for his analytical approach to solving complex validation challenges. Specializing in both Gamma and EO validation technologies, Ash supports global clients to ensure their sterilization validations meet regulatory and industry standards. Outside of work, Ash is an avid hiker and national parks volunteer who loves exploring remote, cool‑climate destinations.
