- Registrants that notify Sterigenics* of cancellation within fourteen (14) business days prior to the Seminar will receive a 100% refund of their paid registration. Registrants may also choose to have their paid registration amount transferred to a future Sterigenics Seminar.
- Registrants that notify Sterigenics* of cancellation between thirteen (13) and five (5) business days prior to the Seminar will receive a 50% refund of their paid registration. Registrants may also choose to have their paid registration amount transferred to a future Sterigenics Seminar.
- Workshop fees are nonrefundable if registrants notify Sterigenics* of cancellation less than three (3) business days prior to the Seminar. Registrants may choose to have their paid registration amount transferred to a future Sterigenics Seminar.
- All cancellations are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.
